Recently, the Dalian Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a public notice on the Dalian local standard for the "Operational Management Specifications for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Buses."
The document specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, personnel management, depot requirements, vehicle requirements, vehicle operation management, vehicle maintenance, vehicle scrapping, safety and emergency response, as well as supervision and improvement for the operation of hydrogen fuel cell buses. This document is applicable to the operational management of hydrogen fuel cell buses.
It requires that entities operating hydrogen fuel cell buses should possess the capability to manage basic information such as personnel, vehicles, routes, and facilities, as well as have operational monitoring and safety information management systems in place to manage emergency resource information and emergency plans.
Regions and entities operating hydrogen fuel cell buses should have facilities such as parking lots and maintenance workshops, and obtain operational licenses from the corresponding authorized departments. Supporting facilities should comply with the requirements of GB/T 29124.
